Welcome to our Villa La Paz RV Park. Our 25-acre park offers spacious, big-rig-friendly back-in sites with full hookups, including water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric. We provide a comfortable base for travelers seeking convenience and easy access to nearby outdoor adventures and local attractions. 

Our Sites

Our RV park features 50-foot wide by 60-foot deep gravel pads with full hookups. Each site includes water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electric, making it perfect for large rigs. Guests also enjoy access to our laundry facilities, shower room, clubhouse, and propane sales. We are a pet-friendly park.

Rate Information

Full time tenants that pay in full for the full year discounted $2,850/yr. Seasonal tenants October 1 - April 15 pay in full: $2100. Monthly rates for October - April $360 a month. Monthly rates for May - September $260 a month. Tenant pays electricity.
